Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Cosmic OS app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
What Cosmic OS is
Cosmic OS computes Vedic astrology charts, panchang data and readings, and offers an AI Oracle that interprets them. Astrology is a tradition of interpretation, not a science that predicts events.
Nothing in Cosmic OS is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not delay or replace professional help because of a reading. Decisions remain yours.
The Oracle
Oracle answers are generated by an AI model. They are grounded in calculations from your chart, but the model can still be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Read them as one voice, not a verdict.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the details you enter. Enter someone else’s birth details only with their permission. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s data, to scrape it at scale, or to use it to harass anyone.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, sold through the App Store. Prices, trials and renewal terms are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Ownership
The app, its design, its text and its code belong to Cosmic OS. Your birth details and conversations remain yours; you give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Cosmic OS available and correct, but we provide it as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending
You can stop using Cosmic OS at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
